Ryan Giggs was born november 29th 1973 in Cardiff, Wales. His real football ca-reer started in Manchester City but after just one match in the youth team, Man-chester United bought him. On his 17th birthday he signed a contract for United and later that season the debut in United came in a league match against Manchester City, United won with 1-0 and Giggs scored.
